It’s the last quest village quest I have to do. I have a feeling it unlocks more ★9 quests because they’re marked clear in a different color (again). I’m outfitted in Rathalos armor (for attack up) and wielding the Nargacuga lance. Though it’s white, I’m not sure it does quite enough damage.

I’m sure with a few more tries I’ll get better at using tie downs, the gong, and the dragonator. But I wonder if I wouldn’t be better off with some bombardier armor (Bracchidios, or Uragan) or a weapon that has elemental ice or dragon damage. We’ll give it a few more goes before I switch things up or go on a Bracchidios hunting spree…
