AM: 85 Bells
PM: 102 Bells
I caved and sold for 102. I made a meager 10 bell profit per turnip, but it’s better than letting it all go down the drain. Better luck next week.
I made my semi-daily pilgrimage to the island last night. I didn’t make a fortune because there were two items I wanted to purchase and I was low on medals. I spent the evening doing a catch and release shark tour. It wasn’t terribly difficult and I got 15 medals each time.
He did come from Jisuna village. Kokuto swears he’s a great pig, but I think Kasen can only support one at a time and I like my zombie pig just fine.
I also got one more piece of the seismosaurus. I just need its tail before I can miniaturize it.
I wanted a poster for the dino room. I didn’t see any of them that really fit the room though. I made one with pottery on it. I may make a plant one next to see how it looks…
The home center is selling seasonal items from today through Sunday. I bought the ehomaki today—a sushi roll. I ate it while over in Wasabi village chatting with Neko. (and I forgot to snap a picture) According to wikipedia I was supposed to eat it on Setsubun (Sunday) in silence while facing the yearly lucky compass direction, determined by the zodiac symbol of the year. I just didn’t want it to spoil by Sunday…yeah. That’s it.
I can’t wait to get the beans to throw! Sunday will be fun!
Neko had Redd in town today. I hightailed it over to Wasabi village to see if I could spot the real piece of art. She already had the original spotted before I got there. I bought a counterfeit fujin & raijin because despite it being a forgery I think it’s neat.
