Lost and Found
I know it’s silly, but I’m so excited that we finally have a lost and found. I grabbed Shizue and we celebrated the completion of the “classic” building.
Booker is manning my lost and found and he seems just as nervous as always. He apologized profusely for not recognizing me—but how could he have considering we had never met. I wonder if Resetti sent him grainy surveillance pictures…
The building is adorable and I like the little touches inside with posters and calendars and maps on the wall. I snagged a few of the items…that I supposedly lost..
After the party for the lost and found I talked to Shinobu to deliver something to her and she rewarded me with her picture! That’s only the second villager’s picture I’ve received. (The first was Margie’s)
After the failure with Ryuuji’s birthday, I decided to see when I set Taiga’s birthday is. Turns out it’s March 22 (my cat’s birthday :P). Since it’s only about a month away I’ve started a letter writing campaign with Taiga requesting presents for her birthday. We’ll see how well she can make friends in a month’s time. That most likely means I’ll stop writing letters with Yumi because quite honestly I hate writing letters to townies in Japanese.
As Taiga’s first order of business—talking to everyone, she found that Lillian was sick! Oh no! We can’t have that.
Today is Margie’s last day in Kasen village. I wished her well in her endeavors. I wonder if she’ll end up in Wasabi village or Jisuna village or if she’ll just disappear. Bye Margie! You shouldn’t have given me your picture if you wanted to stay!
I didn’t have any special visitors today. I mostly spent my time saying hi to townies and fulfilling their requests—giving Yuka some cherries, delivering a a present from Nelson to Moe.
The book dropper turned out to be Hakase the butterfingers. He was suspicious that it had been read, but it wasn’t Taiga!
