My new asian door. I think we may go for an asian theme.
I thought today would be a good day. It started off all right. My mailbox was blinking merrily. I had letters from townies and another one from Gulliver.
The lamp Gulliver sent me from China.
I even had a letter from the Happy Home Academy (read: Lyle. I hate Lyle. Have since Wild World. Bang!) Apparently they like what I’ve been doing with the place and sent me a t-shirt.
Calling all Sitters
We have a new bench! Just south of town hall. I tested it out and it works wonderfully. I didn’t get any splinters or anything. There was a note thanking everyone (read: me) for their generosity. I guess the donations are anonymous but I kinda want to get a plaque for it with my name on it.

Open House
Rooney wanted to see my house. So I took him over. He said it was a lot cleaner than he expected, but I’ve got clothes everywhere right now.

Colorblind
Cyrus remade my astro dresser as promised except for one tiny detail. I asked for red and black. That ain’t red. That looks more like hot pink. I know I’ve got pink hair, but it doesn’t have to match with that.
Maybe the “blue and black” option looks better?
I had a stained glass lamp on me that I asked him to remake. I told him to make it red just to see what he thought red would look like with it.

Soul Mates?

Katrina
I noticed Katrina’s exotic tent set up in town square so I went in to have her tell my fortune. That’s when everything went downhill I think.
But I don’t have a Men’s Top. I’m a girl. Ask Rover. The Able Sisters didn’t have a men’s top either. And as I was running about Main Street, that’s when it started to happen:

I began to trip. So I thought: Hey, trip! I bought some awesome sunglasses and decided to go to the island.

I didn’t quite make it without falling a few more times. I may have left a faceprint or two in the sand.
Diving towards better health?
I noticed that my tripping did not subside on the island, so I took to the water in my borrowed diving suit and snatched creatures off the ocean floor.

But eventually I decided to go back to Hanabi even though I’m still tripping. Kappn’s songs seemed particularly poignant on the journey back.

Oh my gosh, the tripping is kind of adorable. But what does Katrina mean by Men’s top? Is the HHA shirt considered unisex?
@blurthebear I’m pretty sure there is a specific article of clothing called “Men’s Top”. I don’t know which one it is as I have a pretty limited wardrobe in my US game. The HHA Shirt is just a shirt, so yup unisex.
I didn’t know you could end up tripping like that the whole day! How cute :3 But frustrating!

I got bad luck too-Katrina started going on about Luna eating bad dreams and then she told me that if I didn’t wear a plaid top I would have impending doom. Cheery, huh?
