Stalk Market for Saturday, May 11
AM: 83 Bells
PM: 85 Bells
Yeah, Yeah Welcome
We have a couple big things happening in Hanabi at the moment. The first: a new villager named Kitt. Kitt is a female kangaroo. I find her pouch and joey alien-like. I’m sure they’re going to attack me or at least steal my furniture when I’m not looking. She’s less offensive than oh, say Jambette. I think she may rank higher on my “to get rid of” list than Charlise though, but that’s just because I had her in City Folk. She’s so 2000-late. (Yes, I’m ashamed I typed that.)
Hanabi can hold 10 villagers (plus 4 human-like residents) at any given time, so we’ve got room for just one more. For those who’ve lost track we have (in order of how much I like them):
It seems like the garden store showed up just yesterday. Already there’s more construction on Main Street. This time just east of the Able Sister’s. I know what they’re building (Kick’s!) and I know it’ll take a couple days. I’ll try to be patient.
Even More Progress!
And lastly I had this note on the bulletin board today:
I can’t wait to get a bigger Nookling Store. I wonder what the expansion store is called.
After talking to Victoria I turned around and found this…mystery item on the ground.
Aw. I love collectables too Soleil. And this town is full of them.
You can tell that not much is going on in town (other than waiting for things to be built) because I voluntarily went and talked to Lyle. I never do that. He annoys the heck out of me. But for some reason I was curious what he had to say about my little house. I’d put it all down here except it would be a wall of pictures. Here are the highlights.
Since Main Street is growing, Nookling’s getting a bigger shop plus another new shop I figure I may as well pay off my loan and make my house a tad bigger. Yeah I know I was looking for another excuse. I had been trying to save up a million bells before paying off my loan, but I’m impatient.
Tomorrow morning I should have a teeny tiny back room. Now, what theme do I want to work on for the back room…
