Stalk Market
Joan was selling at an exceptionally low price. I don’t think I’ll have much luck this week since last week spiked to 574. But I bought a few hundred just in case.
Strange How Hard it Rains
This morning: raining buckets. It seems to have given way to gloom. It might rain more later. Still, I think the masses need sun lamps. They’re all doom and gloom once a drop of rain falls from the sky.

Happy Mother’s Day!
Mom sent me a letter with a pink carnation tucked into it. I thought she’d send me seeds. Nope it was a flower. But apparently it survived the postal system because I was able to plant it and it looks all right.
We also had this note on the bulletin board reminding us to thank Mom.
My New Back Room
Or as I like to call it, my closet. It’s tiny and expensive. Nook is charging 348,000 Bells for that walk-in closet.
Kitt the Con
No sooner had I exchanged my sailor’s tee for a gaudy dress (no really) than Kitt mosied over with a look in her eye mentioning doing an oil painting of a sailor’s tee. I took pity on her and traded it away. Did she put whip out a canvas and go to? Nope. She changed into it. 10 minutes later she came back claiming to be doing on oil painting of another of my belongings. I saw through her this time and said that one word that’s really hard for me to say to my townies: NO.
My condolences on getting Jambette as a neighbor. I’ve had her on ACCF before, so I know what it’s like seeing her face around town, haha. Anyway, keep up the good work with the blog!
God, you have Kitt? I feel for you… 🙁
