Gate Opening Reminder
I still plan on opening my gates tomorrow. 4 hours is a bit long though, so I think I’ll just do 10am-noon PST (GMT-8) tomorrow morning. If there’s a lot of people that can’t make it at that time I’ll open again for an hour in the afternoon.
FYI: My friend list is still jam packed. Can you delete people who haven’t added you back? And if so how? Unless I figure that out I don’t have room to add anyone else.
As always there’s the dream world as a visiting option: 4500-2096-7539 I’ll update it later tonight so you can meet our newest resident. (spoiler!)
Yesterday in Hanabi
Just because Isabelle tells me that the town is glorious and perfect and that no one wants to leave doesn’t mean she’s polled everyone. Or maybe they lied to her. Soleil tried to leave. Victoria tried to leave. I vetoed both of them—at least I seem to have that mayoral power.
I once again reunited a townie with their lost glove although since it’s not winter I have to wonder what nefarious activities they’re taking part in that require gloves. Perhaps I really should build that police station. Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture for returning the glove. Maybe next time.
Duuuuude
I needed a couple of diving critters for the month, so I dived around a bit Tuesday night while waiting for the clock to tick past 9pm when I supposedly could catch a saddled bichir (still haven’t seen one). I was elated when I brought up a scallop and someone else came to take it off my hands.
Pascal gave me a ship deck and floated away. I found another scallop the next day and he gave me a jolly roger. It may just be me, but scallops seem easier to catch in the US version. I can’t catch them to save my soul on my JP game. Maybe it’s because I have good luck in this one? I managed to catch two last night so I donated one. Now the only critters I need to catch (that are currently available) are the tarantula, fly, and stupid saddled bichir. Seriously I don’t know why I can’t seem to find that last one.
Questionable Art
Redd was in town. Supposedly feng shui affects how many legitimate paintings Redd sells (or so I’ve heard) but I still only had one real one. I can’t remember what color affects it so I don’t know what side of my room to add more to… I still got one painting I didn’t have though, so it’s all good.
Today in Hanabi: Perfect!
Meet L☆cke
Since I got the gold watering can today I figured I couldn’t screw anything up, so I plopped down a new house just east of Felicity’s. I decided to go with eyelashy eyes so she can kind of be the anti-Vella. Now, what to do with her house…
She tried to schmooze with Sable too, but it’ll be a few days before she gets access to the QR code machine. In the meantime there’s always coffee.
This is a current (although poorly rendered) picture of Hanabi’s map. If you look at it on flickr (by clicking on it) I have it annotated with whose houses are whose. The yellow one is L☆cke’s house.
Badges for All
Or at least 2 for me.
You can delete people. If you click settings in the friend list section, there should be an option to delete at the beginning and then you just hit the cards you want deleted.
As for the map, if you talk to Isabelle and pick to demolish something (don’t pick anything though), your map will pop up on the top screen for you to get a nice picture of~
Hooray! Thanks for the info. For some reason I never even thought to click on the settings button. I now have (some) space on my friend list.
I’ll have to try the map trick with Isabelle tomorrow. I put in the police station tonight so I doubt she’ll talk to me about demolishing anything.
