I take no credit for making this dress. The Japanese magazine Pikopuri has a design book that accompanies it. You can snap the QR codes of the outfits, or it gives you the templates and you can (like I did) painstakingly recreate them by hand.

The magazine suggests you pair the dress with the witch’s hat or moon hairpin and the orange and white sneakers.
