I’m ignoring the stalk market
I haven’t bothered checking. Maybe next week I’ll buy if Joan has prices under 100.
Until the snow sticks and I can hunt the dung beetle all I need to catch for December is a stringfish. I thought it would be quite elusive and would keep me busy for a good chunk of time. Not so. I saw a giant shadow in the river late one afternoon and I hauled it out.
Even though the stringfish was the last fish I needed for my encyclopedia, Blathers was not impressed with my donation because I still need one diving creature the giant spider crab which comes out in March.
GIMME a Badge!
A Visiting I go
I made it to my appointment with Tia the other day despite the strange time. I visited Julian at the appointed time and purchased his fire hydrant to get it out of his house (I really need to send him better furniture). Still, neither have shown any indication of warming up to me and giving me their pictures. I’ll win them over eventually.
Toy Day Cometh
My Toy Day list is growing. After playing a bit more it seems that townies tell human residents the same things, so I don’t need to keep more than one list. Whew. Here’s what I know so far:
- Felicity: yellow umbrella
- Shep: doll (weirdo)
- Octavian: plant
- Barold: lamp
- Tia: red furniture
- Julian: gray
- Sheldon: ?
- Rooney: ?
- Soleil: furniture
- O’Hare: ?
Despite talking to people multiple times today, no one wanted to spill anything about Christmas.
And to get me into the holiday spirit I had Yumi order Christmas furniture for Olive and she decorated her front room in garish Christmas fashion. I forgot to order the giant Christmas tree…
Redd was in town today. He actually had two real paintings. I don’t need either of them. Anyone out there need them?
Remember how I said I was trying to dream of ACUKE members’ towns a week or so ago, but only got to one? Well, I’m getting back on track now that my (wretched) test is over. Here are pics from a few of the towns I’ve visited. Hi ACUKErs. 😉
The dreamy town of Ci’gazze where I forgot to take a picture of the sign: 7800-2132-5593
And lastly I visited Stephen’s town Shamrock. His town was still in Halloween mode. I loved the spooky house!
Whew. That was a lot of visiting. And I’ve got many more to do. It’ll keep me busy. Still need that badge after all. 😉
