Today we had our first wedding on the island, but I’m skipping ahead of myself a bit. I stumbled upon Satoru Iwata looking lovesick and asked him what was wrong. “I want to propose to Momo Pink. Do you think I should?” I told him yes and that I would help him with the specifics. I told him he should propose watching fireworks, and that what he was wearing was fine. But needed more help!
Telling Iwataã•ã¾ when Momo Pink was thinking about him proved quite difficult. She thought about him often enough, but jumped rapidly from Iwata to cotton candy to popcorn. It was hard to keep up!
I messed up the timing several times. I think one more miss and Iwata wouldn’t have had the courage to propose! But finally he did and it was adorable! ♥
I didn’t have to wait long for the wedding either. Those two didn’t waste any time!
Then the happy couple zoomed off to Hawaii for their honeymoon before setting up in their new house together.
That wasn’t our only interesting couple event that day though. No, Doomsayr didn’t pop the question to me, but I walked in to find pirate guy mooning over someone. He didn’t have a sweetheart that I was aware of, so I was very curious who he had the hots for.
As long as I end up with Doomsayr, I don’t care who anyone else ends up with, so I vowed to help him out with his declaration of love to Cleopatra. I told him he would look suave in his sailor outfit and that he should go to the coffee shop and woo her with romance…It would be too much to ask for this to go as smoothly as Iwata’s proposal to Momo Pink.
Pirate guy began his speech and to paraphrase the interwebz “You won’t believe what happened next!”
*Gasp* Napoleon interrupts (wearing his suave wife beater)!
Fortunately pirate guy’s room is well-suited for his onslaught of tears.
And those are the highlights from the very soap opera-y island of Hanabi. Stay tuned! I think I need to add a few more miis for more love triangles. They’re juicy! Any volunteers?
