I ended up playing Tomodachi Life a lot yesterday, moving a few people in. I have 9 people in now including Napoleon, Cleopatra, Jenn’s best bud Satoru Iwata and a few Mii’s I found in a Japanese magazine from last year. One of those Miis is named Momo Pink (momo is peach in japanese) and she’s quickly becoming one of my favorites.

After telling me she thought that Jenn and Doomsayr would get along great she set us up on a date and then followed us around. It looked like we had a blast.

I thought despite the lurker it was awesome, so I went and got our compatibility tested:

Then I played with my cat…and my 3DS…you know, like I do.

And then, not 20 minutes after our date, Doomsayr had a “problem”. What was this problem? He thinks he’s in love with Momo Pink. I told him “Don’t do it!” “You’re not compatible.” And he got all sulky. Talk about a two timer.

To cheer me up after that shock I had to go listen to Satoru Iwata perform a ballad.

I don’t know if the romance between Jenn and Doomsayr can be salvaged or if Doomsayr will just pine after Momo Pink. Maybe I should try and hook her up with Napoleon to get her out of the way…
