The other day O’Hare (stupid bunny! Why didn’t you move!!??) requested I get signatures for the “send flowers and mean it” petition. I’m still miffed that he wants to be my bestest friend in the whole wide world, but I took on the task anyway. I went over to Quantico (my third town that is a shambles) because they were buying perfect cherries for double and I figured I could kill two birds with one stone and get to see my bff Carmen.
This giant bear, Curt just moved in the other day much to my dismay. My husband has him and I thought he had inadvertently let Curt go (he doesn’t play every day) but nope, he’s an entirely new giant ugly bear that screwed up my paths.

I had to go into main street for the last signature. There’s something wrong with a jock hippo that says quackidee…
Since O’Hare loves me so much I figured he’d give me his picture for all the trouble I went through, but nope he gave me an Arc de Triomphe.
And since I had made over half a million bells on cherries and didn’t have anything better to do, I figured it was time to visit Kasen and money launder with Yumi to get up to 100 million bells. (and say hi to my other BFF—I have so many— Lillian/Bunnie)
And after amassing my fortune I checked in with the cops and sure enough we had a suspicious character in town: Phineas.
And here are my current badges. I should really work on the bronze ones. I’ve been catching butterflies like crazy since they came back with March, but no Phineas.
Happy Birthday Barold!
Yesterday was good old Barold’s birthday. I would have thought Shep would have hung out with him being neighbors and all, but Julian was dancing away. That figures.
Hooray he liked his vase. I didn’t want to like Barold because he’s not much to look at, but he’s so cute. Funny how they grow on you.
I see why Pashmina didn’t attend poor Barold’s party. She was napping.
Festivale
Today of course is Festivale. I love the idea of this holiday, but in practice it’s a pain. So I caught a few feathers and got a few pieces of furniture and gave up when I got bored. I did it all last year and I think the Pavé furniture is pretty hideous and grandma-like.
So I just enjoyed my dancing townies and hosted over in Kasen. 🙂
Kasen’s Festivale / Girl’s Day
It was a big day in Kasen because there were two holidays going on. Isabelle was in front of town hall and Pavé and the cutout were in town square. At least Izzy didn’t have to deal with Pavé’s gyrations.
Apparently Lillian/Bunnie was too tired to participate until later…
Thanks to everyone who came over! I always have fun hosting. 🙂 The next Japanese holiday isn’t until May 5 for Children’s Day. I’m sure I’ll open up again for that.
